If so, you may have core and/or pelvic floor disfunction.
Designed to restore core and pelvic floor health, this 2-hour workshop offers specialized movements and breathing techniques for self-healing, even if you're new to yoga.
You will learn and practice movements and have the opportunity to ask questions during the workshop to clarify any questions that arise.
By the end of your session, you will have a variety of movements to continue keeping you healthy, strong, and connected to the core.
