I'm glad you are here
I'm passionate about empowering women through every stage of life, from the early days of pregnancy to the transformative years of perimenopause/menopause. My journey into yoga began over a decade ago, driven by a desire to help women connect with their bodies, find strength, and embrace each unique phase of womanhood with confidence. Prenatal yoga was where it all started. Over the years, I've guided countless women through the joys and challenges of pregnancy, helping them prepare mentally and physically for birth.
Postpartum yoga became a natural extension of my practice. I developed a specialized program called Pelvic Power, designed to support new mothers in restoring pelvic health, rebuilding strength, and finding balance as they navigate motherhood.
Most recently, I've turned my focus to perimenopause and menopause, recognizing the need for compassionate guidance during this significant transition. Through tailored yoga practices, I aim to help women embrace this stage with grace, resilience, and a renewed sense of vitality. Each class I offer is a nurturing space where women can explore their bodies, honor their experiences, and cultivate wellness. My mission is to provide a holistic approach to women's health, fostering a community where every woman feels seen, supported, and empowered.
